Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful event-related purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, share private staff credentials, interfere with service operation, impersonate another guest, scrape personal information or distribute harmful content.
Invitations and access
Invitation codes, QR codes and secure links are intended for their named recipient and permitted party. Event admission, seating and programme arrangements remain subject to host confirmation and reasonable operational changes.
Your submissions
You are responsible for information, tributes and media you submit and must have the right to share them. You allow Worththanks Consulting to process and display approved submissions for the event. Private or celebrant-only submissions are handled according to their selected privacy setting.
Messaging
WhatsApp messages are sent for event communication to recipients with an appropriate permission or relationship. Recipients may opt out. Carrier or data charges may apply under the recipient’s service plan.
Availability
We aim to keep the service accurate and available, but event details, third-party platforms and network access may change. The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
Ownership
The website design, software and original event materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer intellectual-property rights or permit commercial reuse of event materials without authorisation.
