Worththanks Consulting · MIO at Sixty

Privacy, with dignity.

This policy explains how Worththanks Consulting handles information used to operate the MIO at Sixty event website, invitations, staff tools, media library and WhatsApp communications.

Effective 4 August 2026Nigeria

Information we collect

We may process a guest or staff member’s name, phone number, email address, invitation and RSVP details, attendance preferences, table or access category, submitted messages or tributes, and event-day activity needed to provide the service.

Media and communications

When authorised event media is connected, we process file names, folders, media metadata and delivery links. For WhatsApp communications, we process opt-in choices, message-template details and delivery status. Message content is used only for the event purpose described to the recipient.

How we use information

Legal basis and choices

We process information to provide the event service, carry out legitimate event operations, meet legal obligations, and—where required—on the basis of consent. WhatsApp recipients can opt out at any time, and guests may ask for correction, access or deletion of eligible information.

Service providers

The service may use Supabase for database and authentication, Netlify for hosting and server functions, Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform for messaging, and Zoho WorkDrive for authorised media. These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms.

Security and retention

We use role-based access, encrypted connections, restricted server credentials and access logging. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the event, record-keeping, security, dispute resolution or applicable law, then deleted or anonymised.

Contact and requests

For privacy questions or a rights request, email emmanuel.adebiyi@worththanks.com. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant record, but do not send passwords, one-time codes or sensitive identification by email. See the data deletion instructions.
